Ala Hamdan joined Keystone in May 2020, bringing with him over ten years of experience working for IT managed service providers (MSPs), with previous employment in customer service. Ala obtained his associates degree in Information Systems Engineering (ISE) from National College. Ala prides himself on his customer service skills, communication, ability to troubleshoot complex problems and provide useful solutions to his clients. Ala interfaces with many new and established Keystone clients. Ala is a level 2 engineer and provides day-to-day support as well as the implementation of larger projects. In his free time, Ala loves to travel and to take on new challenges. Recent adventures include sky diving over the Grand Canyon, hiking the Cedars in Lebanon, summiting volcanoes in Hawaii, and snorkeling between tectonic plates in Iceland.

Adam has passion for technology and extraordinary longevity in the information technology field. With over 30 years of technology experience in industries ranging from manufacturing, software development, national retail and professional services, Adam brings a robust skillset of experience to assist Keystone’s clients in solving their technology needs.
Adam has a passion for big motorcycles and live theater and can often be seen performing onstage at various theaters in Northeast Ohio. To Adam, there is no greater joy than helping others solve problems and making them applaud and laugh in the process.

Dave enjoys fixing things and helping people, and being a support engineer offers both!
He brings a variety of work experience from a factory assembly line worker to heavy equipment operation to social work to computer technician, to be able to recognize and relate to various workplaces and their unique needs.
He is a graduate of Kent State University and is experienced in desktop and server support in a managed service provider environment.
One of his bucket list items is to complete a full restoration of a classic car or pickup, well-equipped garage pending!

Jordan comes to Keystone with a passion for anything technology. He finds satisfaction in solving challenging problems and helping people. Jordan works on projects and onboarding tasks to help clients succeed in their missions.
He graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelor’s in computer information systems, Networking. His major strengths are networking, server administration, company processes, and virtualization.
In his spare time, he enjoys backpacking, tinkering with new technology, and finding new outdoor adventures to pursue. Whether he is camping in the middle of nowhere, on the slopes, or hanging with friends/family, he is always finding a joy and a zest for life.

Brian joined Keystone in 2018. He was an archaeologist for over 15 years before entering the world of technology consulting. His passions for archaeology and technology allow him to study the past while remaining eager for what the future brings. His background in anthropology, archaeology, and classical studies allows him a perspective that is different from that usually found at managed service providers.
Brian is committed to providing an understanding and empathetic ear to our clients, asking pertinent questions to better identify the issues experienced by users so our engineers can implement quick resolutions. He is most often the first voice that is heard when calling into Keystone. His responsibilities include dispatch, scheduling, and client communications, among other administrational duties.

Colt Albrecht has always been fascinated with technology. Whether it is building a computer, modding an Xbox, or making YouTube videos about mining Bitcoin, he has always found joy in technology. Colt was born in Dover, Ohio and later moved to Arkansas where he graduated high school. During those years he worked on friends and family computers and at his church building a high end audio visual workstation.
Colt move back up to Ohio and started Circuit-Fix. That business dealt with break-fix clients, jailbreaking/rooting smart phones and general sales in PCs. Soon after, he began his professional career as a Level 1 Helpdesk engineer. Within a year Colt studied and received his CompTIA A+ & Network+ certifications. This expedited his position within a year to a Level 2 engineer.
Colt has two kids and they are his life. He enjoys riding four wheelers, playing Xbox socially, fishing,and hunting. Colt loves helping individuals work on their computer issues.

Jay comes to Keystone with over 20 years of experience in IT support. Most recently working in conjunction with a large Cleveland Hospital in their transitioning of an Akron Hospital. Jay also served in the US Army and participated in the rebuilding of the network infrastructure in the city of Baghdad.
Jay has several IT certifications including CompTia A+, Network + and Security+. He has also held a Secret security Clearance with the US Government. Jay is currently serving as a member of the User support team and loves the opportunity to give back by helping others.
