Support Engineer

The Role
As a Support Engineer, you will be the first line of contact for our clients, solving their technical problems and delivering exceptional service. Your patience, positive attitude, and communication skills will shine as you help users navigate IT challenges. From troubleshooting desktops to supporting networks, you’ll play a vital role in keeping businesses running smoothly.
This position offers flexibility: you will have the ability to work from our Akron office, work remotely, and also spend time onsite at client locations throughout Northeast Ohio.

Qualifications
· Recent college graduate.
· Ability to diagnose and resolve common IT issues
· Ability to document tasks accurately in a ticketing system
· Skilled at applying AI tools to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues
· Possesses experience with, or has academic exposure to, Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 10/11) and foundational knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022).
· Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, or comparable hosting platforms is desirable.IT certifications are a plus

The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the voice of the client within our firm. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction while identifying opportunities to deliver even more value. From managing renewals and business reviews to recommending new services, you’ll play a central role in our clients’ success. You’ll report to the Vice President of Client Success & Operations and work closely with our service and sales teams.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and acting as their advocate internally
- Organize and lead client Business Reviews, reporting on results and gathering feedback
- Identify and recommend new services or products that add value for clients, and close new agreements
- Oversee renewals, recurring products, and our Hardware as a Service program
- Prepare and present proposals for new projects, services, or pricing adjustments
- Collaborate with the Service Team and Business Development Executive on service delivery and sales opportunities
- Monitor client tickets and proactively resolve issues that impact the client experience
- Manage client account charges and coordinate with Finance on accounts receivable matters
Qualifications
- MSP sales experience or technology industry background preferred
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, management, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with ConnectWise or similar PSA/CRM tools is a plus
- Strong presentation and proposal development skills
