What is the MaD Department?

The MaD Department is an internal department focused on making a difference in the lives of Keystone employees, clients, and the communities we serve. Its role is to connect personal passions with programs and experiences that help people grow, feel supported, and belong.

We design and coordinate initiatives around learning, wellness, recognition, social connection, and community outreach. The goal is simple: if it doesn’t help someone in a meaningful way, it doesn’t belong here.

How we made an impact

Our mission: Make it MaD

The department’s mission is to continually explore ways to make a difference in the lives of employees, clients, and community members. It emphasizes the importance of aligning personal passions with initiatives and programs, ensuring that employees contribute their skills and talents to make a positive impact. By engaging employees in meaningful conversations about their passions and interests, the MaD Department fosters an environment where employees feel supported, empowered, and motivated to make a difference both within the company and in their communities.

The MaD Department keeps that belief front and center by:
