Brian joined Keystone in 2018. He was an archaeologist for over 15 years before entering the world of technology consulting. His passions for archaeology and technology allow him to study the past while remaining eager for what the future brings. His background in anthropology, archaeology, and classical studies allows him a perspective that is different from that usually found at managed service providers.
Brian is committed to providing an understanding and empathetic ear to our clients, asking pertinent questions to better identify the issues experienced by users so our engineers can implement quick resolutions. He is most often the first voice that is heard when calling into Keystone. His responsibilities include dispatch, scheduling, and client communications, among other administrational duties.
